NFL Rule Changes

The NFL came down with some rule changes yesterday.  Which one do you think is the best?  The head scratcher for me is making OT’s shorter, especially with the 2 possession rule, all that can mean is there will be more ties.  I don’t understand that one.  {advpoll id=’71’ view_result=’0′ width=’0′ position=’center’}
