LISTEN: Boys basketball playoffs — Logan on WKTY, Aquinas on WIZM

WIAA boys basketball playoffs get underway tonight.
Logan Logan High School has the No. 6 seed and will host No. 11 Ashland in Division 2.
The contest can be heard beginning at 6:50 p.m. on WKTY 96.7 FM / 580 AM.
Senior CJ Seigel, who has committed to play football at North Dakota, has scored in the 20s three of his last four games. He averages 20 points a game this season.
Teammates Calvin Mavin and Matthew Borscheim also average double figures.
Also in Division 2, Holmen, seeded seventh, will host No. 10 Menomonie. Central and Onalaska have first-round byes.
In Division 5, Aquinas (10-12) is also a six seed and will host No. 11 Coulee Christian/Providence Academy. The game will be featured on WIZM 92.3 FM / 1410 AM.
The Bluegolds have three players averaging double figures (Conley Malone, Brandon Merfeld, and Randy Jacobson).
Malone, a multi-sport athlete, will try to add at least one more game to his resume. Earlier this year he surpassed the 1,000-point mark for his career.
Also playing in Division 4 tonight, Onalaska Luther, seeded seventh, will host No. 10 Lancaster.
