TONIGHT: Brewers face rookie phenom, who was perfect through six in MLB debut last week

Should be an interesting matchup tonight for the Milwaukee Brewers, facing a rookie who was headed for a perfect game in his first-ever start last week.
Pittsburgh righty Nick Kingman made headlines with a seven-inning, nine-strikeout, one-hitter in his MLB debut. The 26-year-old was perfect through six innings in the 5-0 win over St. Louis.
His call-up was sort of random. Pittsburgh needed a sixth starter because of a doubleheader. His performance was so good and the Pirates fifth starter so bad the team retained him for another outing. Milwaukee just happens to be that lucky team.
You can hear the 7:10 p.m. game tonight with Bob Uecker on WKTY 96.7 FM / 580 AM. The Brewers send Junior Guerra (2-1) and his .082 ERA to the mound.
