Does ending the one-and-done in college basketball hurt the Badgers?
NBA commissioner Adam Silver has all but said the one-and-done rule is done.
“My personal view is that we’re ready to make that change,” Silver said.

While teams like the Badgers have been recruiting one group of athletes, the Kentuckys and Dukes have been going after another.
So what happens when those powerhouses are all going after the same players?
