Yelich liked playing in Pittsburgh last year

After splitting a two-game series at the Minnesota Twins — the best team in baseball — the Milwaukee Brewers get set for a four-game matchup at the Pittsburgh Pirates.

Christian Yelich could pad his MLB-leading home run total of 21, despite Pittsburgh not being the most home-friendly park.

Though 17 of Yelich’s homers this season have come at Miller Park, Pittsburgh was very kind to the 27-year-old last season.

At the Great American Ballpark, Yelich hit .448 with 4 home runs in 29 at-bats. Yelich finished that MVP season with 36 home runs — 22 of them at Miller Park.

Chase Anderson (2-0) and his 3.25 ERA takes the mound for Milwaukee tonight against the Pirates’ righty Joe Musgrove (3-5), who has a 4.27 ERA.

The Brewers, who are 13-14 on the road, are favored by 1.5 runs.
